Jonathan came to my house multiple times for a rodent exclusion job and follow up. He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have full confidence in his service and he put me at ease after an ongoing rodent issue! He’d also call when he is on his way which I appreciate!

Ronin was great! They were very understanding about the difficulty of moving all furniture and emptying all cabinets for a disabled client, and worked with us to find a solution. So far, they've been great to work with and the prices were fair. They offered clear explanations about what they were doing and why. Hopefully we'll be able to ride out the summer relatively bug-free. (Please knock on wood if you're reading this. Can't hurt.)

Company was great! Easy to schedule. Work on weekends. Gave follow up. Called to give an eta ahead of time. They were super communicative, professional (important especially with guests/tenants in units w ant issues), they mad valuable suggestions, worked quickly and efficiently and hands down plan to use them for service again in the future! Highly recommend! Michael was my guy and will absolutely request him again!
