Cookies N’ Kicks

I stopped by Cookies N’ Kicks yesterday and the store did not disappoint. The store housed a good selection of shoes, but as importantly, excelled in the level of customer service each employee provided. I spoke with 3-4 employees one-on-one and they were all genuine, providing service well beyond any other sneaker store I have visited. I look forward to returning and seeing this store deservedly grow. Differentiation is where Cookies N’ Kicks reigns supreme. Keep up the great work!

Best store in LA. Customer service was on point! My kids loved the atmosphere & opportunity to play basketball IN THE STORE! The guy with the dreads was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. They have an abundance of rare items we had never seen in person before as well. Can’t wait to come back!

If you’re in Los Angeles Cookies N’ Kicks is a must!

Best sneaker resell store on Melrose, super chill vibe and really know their stuff. Went in and met with one of their employees Dom who really helped me out and got me some nice new shoes for my girlfriend. 5/5

Had an amazing experience at Cookies. I loved the customer service and they helped me find the right shoes for me. Loved the look of the store as well! On top of that, I even got to put up a few shots on their indoor basketball hoop. Would definitely recommend Cookies N’ Kicks 10/10!

Dominic, one of the owners was beyond helpful.... being as hard as it is in the shoe game, he shared a lot of knowledge and was accommodating to us. The staff is very polite and on top of their service, I highly recommend Cookies N Kicks for any shoe collector and Supreme head that wants a good deal and helpful service!!!
