    OMG, so glad I discovered Wirtshaus. My husband and I spent a lot of time in Germany in the last 2 yrs and found ourselves really missing German food. Everything here is delicious and authentic. We did a beer tasting (all draft beers from Germany) and shared some of our favorite classics (sausage sampler platter, schnitzel w/wild mushroom sauce, spätzle, sauerkraut, pretzels and apple strudel for dessert!). Yum! Highly recommend. Extra shout out to our server, Philip!

    Best “dive bar” (that isn’t a dive bar) around. Warm, welcoming, well educated staff makes this place feel like home. The cuisine is amazing and the beer is GREAT! Definitely recommend the Koelsch on tap!

    We had a three course meal here and a couple of beers. I’m not sure if there is anywhere else that offers this level of quality German food. Everything we ate and drank was spectacular. I loved the potato salad, sauerkraut, and schnitzel. I didn’t see the spaetzle until after I ordered, and I can’t wait for my second visit to give that a try after everything on our first visit was so great. We went on a mid afternoon Saturday so there was no wait for a table and the wait for food was very short. Highly recommend for some traditional German food.

    Went with family to celebrate my brother's birthday. Had never been there before. We had great food and drink and will definitely return. I'm vegetarian so was delighted they had vegan sausage which was enjoyed by a few of us! Great beer also!
