They are experienced, knowledgeable, motivating, friendly, fun and very genuine! The CrossFit community (the other members) are also friendly, very encouraging and supportive of one another, regardless of your fitness level. It’s truly like a warm and welcoming family there. I love everything about this place!

(September 30, 2017, 11:34 am)Best box ever! Seriously Mike and Tyler have something great here. I tried it for a month using a Groupon and fell in love with the training and the community they have started here. Everyone is willing to help out and workouts are scaled to your capability.
