  Private Eyes Auto Glass was due at my house yesterday between 10 and 12 - he showed up exactly at 10 and explained immediately what he was going to do and got to work in a friendly and professional manner. He knew exactly what he was doing on a difficult car and spent over an hour making the minute adjustments necessary to insure the the glass fit perfectly so that there would be no future problems with either leaks or wind noise. Who does that???
  I can't say enough about this company!!Truly excellent!!!

  I'm a thrifty person and I try my best to get the lowest price with everything and still trying to get the best quality and this auto glass shop definitely met those standards. There are three main reasons why I would recommend this to anyone in the area.
  1. Their customer service is incredible. The people who came to my house for the replacement were very respectful of my space (they did it in the garage) They came 10 minutes early, made sure to clean up after themselves and made sure I was aware with everything they were doing and even explained the process of replacement with my window.
  2. They were FAST. Not only was their customer service superb, but they were also really fast.They fixed my window in an hour like they said.
  3. QUALITY The reason why I recommend this place was not only due to the warranty that came with the replacement but the quality of their service. The first company I fixed my window from did a horrid job. Not only did they not have warranty but my window rattled a week after they replaced it and did not even want to fix it when I called. This company ensured to me that if anything happened to my window, as long as a I have the receipt, they'd fix it for free.
  I don't usually do reviews EVER but I really think that this company deserves one. Really peeps, this is the auto glass shop to go to!

  Came in for a windshield replacement on my mazda, they are very professional with their work and gave me a good price, I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their vehicle worked on in the area.

  Got my audi a3 fixed by them yesterday. Their service was fast, affordable, and really really great. The employee I talked to in the phone was really nice and accommodating. Nice job!

  My dude Brian was super chill! My back window got smashed last week and I needed to get it fixed ASAP. Called private eye and they got me an appointment right away (they got me an appointment for the next day in the morning). I would recommend you call them in the morning to get an appointment because they get super busy in the afternoon and get booked. Really recommend this place to anyone who needs a glass replacement. Super honored to be your first review! :)
