I was here 3 weeks after having total knee replacement surgery. The staff were just fabulous, all of them. I was in a tremendous amount of pain and they took great care of me. They were kind and caring. Even the overnight staff was just as great. The man that took care of my two roommates and myself always had a smile and he sang and hummed through his work. He was VERY courteous. I felt that everyone genuinely cared about their job and the patients there. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to recover from surgery, or if you have someone who needs assisted living. (Elderly)
They were just as caring with the long term patients as they were to the short term people recovering.
They were also extremely patient with the hard to deal with long term patients. They were never short with them.
This place was VERY clean and never smelled of urine like the Astoria in Sylmar did. (I had to visit someone there in 2012 and it was horrible! A nightmare!)
Thank you to all of the staff at this place for making my stay there as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. When I have my 2nd knee replacement I'll be coming back here. Gladly! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
