Incredible service. Within five working days, from the US to Australia, I had the bits I ordered for my 1965 'Splitty' Bus, in hand and ready to fit. So polite and accurately swift...IMPRESSIVE !!!!!

The best company I have ever done business with. FEDEX lost my package and refused to reimburse me or make it right, WCM didn't even flinch. They shipped me a new one free of charge and even apologized for my inconvenience ( it wasn't their fault). These guys rock! They are the only place I will ever go to for my classic VW parts from now on. Great job everyone at WCM, especially Mike Hole for all your professionalism and understanding.

So far so good, they have a wide range of products, and I got the best price on wheel bearings anyone can get. Only reason I’m not rating five stars is I didn’t get a confirmation email upon ordering. Not the biggest deal, but it is important to have for your records and so when taking a shot in the dark on a new vendor you’d feel taken care of not forgotten or anything. I’ve read a few one star reviews but I’d like to think they’ve made good on them nowadays. I’ll definitely be ordering more, and perhaps soon I could give it five stars.

Always heard this was the place for quality VW parts dating back to 2004 when I tore my car apart. I've been ordering parts over the past several months and they have been great to work with. Phone call is answered almost immediately by live personnel. Email inquiries about orders were responded to rapidly. Favors were provided according to specific order requests. Overall, a very good experience each time.
