  Built of river rock, this great library is a joy! And best of all there are real BOOKS--a vanishing treasure--plus movies and music to take home with you. The people are great and there are all kinds of events scheduled for kids and adults.
  
  Upcoming, a three part class to learn the ukulele. They'll even loan you one! Check this place out--it is one of the treasures of Highland Park!

  I really like this library. They offer different programs for the community throughout the year. They recently added a scanner machine free to use. They have the option to print directly from your cellphone. If you want a more quiet area, I recommend the 2nd floor. They have printer and copy machine $0.25 per page (I think is a bit expensive).
  Other than that I do like the way the arrange shelves depends in the types of nooks they are sugeating to read. That's how I end up reading books that I would not have find or look for myself.

  This is a small-Medium sized library with a small parking lot and ample street parking. It’s quiet in the early afternoons and easy to find a spot at a table. It’s two stories but most of the seating is downstairs. It gets a little busy once school lets out but nothing too disruptive. Members of the staff are always friendly and helpful.

  Not bad at all! For the most part it's quite. Lots of parking available. Staff are friendly, and lots of books dvds here.

  Love this branch. Building with river stone exterior is gorgeous. Facility is clean. A good selection of movies you can rent. A very convenient branch for me to pick up holds from LA library system.
