Diego has been my personal Yoga instructor since 2010. With his incredible passion, dedication and knowledge, he has managed to heal many of my sports injuries. His incredibly active and very well personalized Yoga classes are outstanding in every way. Deeply recommended!!!

I have been practicing yoga and meditation humbly for quite some time and have made a visit to dozens of studios over the years. The various classes and teachings have all served so well. But I wanted to express what a special and gifted experience it is to receive the teachings that Diego imprints within your body and mind. There is such a 'completeness' to his classes that just beautifully feels emotionally and physically healing. He understands the anatomical and emotional needs of the body to keep it in balance and addresses those dynamics with his choice of movement, insightful wisdom, and 'delicious' stretches in his teachings! I am grateful and look forward to all the growth he continually provides!

I have had a yoga practice for 11 years. I started going to Yoga Loft 5 years ago attending Diego’s class. I was a regular for years before leaving California. My body and mind responded on a deep level to his classes. The atmosphere he created was calm and serene. I was able to take private lesson which deepened my practices and insight on Vedic scriptures. I’m deeply grateful for being connected to Diego in that time of my life. Diego was my primary yoga and meditation instructor for nearly two years. He is fine teacher who is great at being supportive while always nudging his students to push their boundaries. Now that I live in southeast Asia I am still able to maintain a daily yoga practice on my own because of his training. Highly recommended.
