For starters, as far as the price goes, nobody will give you a more honest and fair price than Frankie, head of the shop. Not only will it be honest and fair, but it'll beat all the competitors, that's for DAMN sure!! He even told me that if there were any additional costs, that he would let me know beforehand before proceeding. Frankie and his team repaired my badly dented bumper, and replaced the bumper cover for next to nothing!

I originally brought my car in for a bumper replacement and some other minor work. When we took a look at the car, Frankie noticed that some rats had chewed up my electrical wires coming from my engine!! I know what you're thinking, yet another automotive repair trying to cash in an extra buck, but this is different. Frankie was legitimately concerned, and even curious as to how my car was still running. He gave me a price on the bumper repair and then included a very solid deal on the electrical wiring. (True story, I parked my car in a garage in DTLA for a while, and I had heard of rats chewing fuel lines and other things for a while, he even found where the rats had brought in paper and constructed a little nest!)

In terms of quality of work, there isn't anybody I trust more than Frankie and his team. The job took only a matter of hours, and when I came back to pick it up, I was more than thrilled. In addition to a very professional job, Frankie even hooked it up with some free headlight cleaning! He went through every single detail of what he had done to my car and how it was different than before.

There were no surprise fees, no bad jobs, nothing but a quality, honest, and hardworking service. Do not let the crowded space at his shop/workspace fool you! this is top of the line work, as well as getting the most bang for your buck. There's nowhere else I'm going ANYTIME soon for automotive repairs other than G-Spot led by Frankie & his crew. 2 thumbs up, 5 stars, all the way around.

P.S. I forgot to mention that customer service is top of the line as well. It truly doesn't get better than this!

Awsome Guy. Franky is the best and smart. He fixed my car and I'm 100% satisfied. I highly recommend him and he's my mechanic for now on. Great prices and just a great person to work with. He explained everything and even let me hang out in his shop. I'm happy and I'm sure if you give Franky a chance. You'll be happy to.

I banged up the bumper on a borrowed car and had to get it fixed fast before I returned it. Frankie was a big help, he was friendly and communicated well about when to show up and what it would cost. The bumper turned out great and he got it done in one day. Recommended!
