Great selection of coffee. Have been visiting Balcony for several years and glad it's still open for takeout.

I stop by here when I get my haircut. I always order their good, strong house coffee that doesn't irritate my stomach (like Starbucks!). I usually get my coffee at Coffee Bean or Peet's. Very nice staff too.

One of the few tea cafes that I love because it's organic and natural. They also use sugar cane sugar to sweeten their drinks instead of artificial sweeteners and real taro rather than fake taro powder. My son loved the mango yogurt drink! The only down side was they only use whole milk for their milk teas. They should have more nondairy or nonfat/low-fat drink options. The price for the drinks and the amount is reasonable. The servers were very friendly and helpful. I recommend milk tea #5 for your caffeine fix which is the one I had.

My bfand I were looking for a dessert spot after lunch last Friday and we came across this cafe nearby. We decided to go in and take a look at their menu. We decided to try their creme brulee soufflé pancakes & uji matcha latte yuki. After waiting 20 minutes, we received our pancakes and wow.. were they amazing! The creme brulee was not overly sweet and the pancakes were so fluffy and light. My bfreally liked the matcha drink as well. Overall, we definitely want to come back and try their other pancakes.
