I notified the company 2 weeks before Christmas and they were able to send a replacement with express shipping at no added cost. The customer service and response was fantastic. The product even arrived before Christmas. And to top it off, my wife loves the ear rings and is wearing them as we speak!

I have received multiple compliments on each piece when i wear them. I had spoken to one of your customer service reps because i had a few questions. The service I received was excellent. The rep was so knowledgeable and helped me add to my collection. I would recommend this line to everyone. The stylish pieces and extraordinary customer service i received are well worth it!!!
