I ordered some ear rings for my wife in November. Sadly, they were lost in the mail. I notified the company 2 weeks before Christmas and they were able to send a replacement with express shipping at no added cost. The customer service and response was fantastic. The product even arrived before Christmas. And to top it off, my wife loves the ear rings and is wearing them as we speak!

I have received multiple compliments on each piece when i wear them. I had spoken to one of your customer service reps because i had a few questions. The service I received was excellent.
