Pioneer and Santa Monica Shade and Screen

Sometimes you come across a business that is so solid you want to find other things for them to do around your house, that is the case with Pioneer. We replaced a sliding door screen, and added a front screen door with them, and the entire experience just couldn't have been smoother. The difference between these doors, and others I've seen is substantial. Virtually every piece I can see is metal, not plastic. The fit, compared to the door we bought at the hardware store is night and day, the thing fits perfectly. Everyone we spoke to was lovely, and professional, they did everything they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it. Ideal experience, thank you!

We could not be happier with our custom window screens. We have an older home built in the 1920's, with "arched windows". Every place I called laughed as they told me "good luck finding arched window screens"

Well we did! Greg was most helpful, Jose came out and took measurements for our screens, ours was a "special order". When they arrived, Jose showed up with mask on (COVID safety), he was professional and pleasant.
