D-1 Auto Body - Tesla Certified Body Shop

I couldn’t be happier with D-1. First, their estimate was the lowest after going to several body shops. They were also the only shop that didn’t recommend painting the entire left side of my car due to a small dent towards the rear near the trunk. I spoke with Christine who scheduled the service and Donny who examined the car and explained the estimate in great detail. Both couldn’t be more pleasant and honest and personable. I was told if I brought the car in the following Monday it would be ready by Friday which is exactly what happened and the work was impeccable. I had never had a good experience with body shops in the past, experiencing long delays, very high estimates and unsatisfactory work, but at D-1 their estimate was reasonable, their timeframe was exactly as they stated, and the work was great. Again, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough for the most pleasant and efficient of experiences.
