  I have had Dr. Luna-Pizano as my primary care physician since 2010 (6+ years ) . Prior to Dr. Luna-Pizano I was used to cold, uncaring doctors who see you briefly like you are just another number. This Doctor is not like that at all. She really listens. She cares a lot . She is gentle and she remembers. Also Dr. Luna will answer questions and concerns quickly via the phone or email. She really personalizes the visit and you never feel rushed . She even apologized when you have to wait a few minutes . I have come in during the peek of flu season, crazy office and yet she still spends as much time with you as you need.
  
  Since I started wth Dr. Luna-Pizano my mother switched doctors to her . My father who had Blue Cross for 50+years on my rec, switched to Kaiser and Dr. Luna-Pizano. He drives in from
  Pasadena to see her. Now off his Rec my sister switched to Kaiser and Dr. Luna-Pizano. That is really saying something when a split up family shares one thing an Amazing Doctor.
  
  I am very lucky to have such a wonderful Doctor and so are all her patients .
