  I recommend Phenom Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Mission Hills,because the instructors are very kid friendly and very patient with the students. My son loves his trainers. He has learned good sportsmanship and responsibility. He can’t wait for the next day to go back.

  Love this place! I’ve been bringing my daughter here for almost a year now. Wish I would of signed up at the same time with her. Been training for two months now and I love how Amazing I feel after. I’ve been trying to get back on track with my health and loose weight after almost a year being stuck at the same weight I decided to give it a try. Plus I was inspired by one of the Professors here his story inspired me if he can do it so can I.

  Phenom is hands down the place to be! The staff is amazing from Bianca to Professor George, Claudio, Mel, Fernando. They strive to cater to all the kids of all levels and are exceptional with them! Each and every kid there progresses every time they step on the mat!! They create a very welcoming and outstanding environment to train! Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!!

  Best martial arts experience ever. We're so grateful to have found Phenom and have had the privilege of learning from them. Parents, it is worth every second of time and every penny spent to enroll your child in Jiu-jitsu at Phenom. Not only is it a fun and healthy activity, but it is a practical martial art that helps build confidence in children. They have the most knowledgeable, patient, and hardworking coaches and professors in the industry. Children learn respect, hone their listening skills, develop the ability to carefully follow instructions, and gain strength and flexibility. Additionally, my child has developmental delays and we've seen tremendous growth and maturing because of their amazing coaching staff. We've been going here for two years now and it's been the best choice we've made for our son.

  My family and I love this place. The professors and coach's are fantastic. The whole family gets a great workout and has fun. My kids started when they were 4 and 3 and now are 9 and 6. My husband was doing it for 2 years and can't wait to go back.
