Suppose you wish to be treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism, not how CVS pharmacy at Balboa & Nordhoff treats customers (refer to their Google and Yelp reviews). In that case, this is the pharmacy for you. I visited this pharmacy today after I decided to leave the CVS pharmacy at Nordhoff & Balboa after more than 30 years. The reason I left CVS was the unprofessional and rude treatment I received from some of the staff. I came to Metro Pharmacy today, and I was greeted by the pharmacist and another lady. Both Emilya and Asya greeted me with smiles and helped me transfer all my prescriptions to this store. I was so pleased with their professionalism that as soon as I got home, I started writing this review. I seldom write a review unless the service is beyond my expectation, and today I received that kind of service. If you are tired of the attitude of the manager and employees of your pharmacy, this is the place to switch to.
