  Wow this place has GREAT customer service!!!:) the front office was so sweet! They offered me coffee or anything to drink! My estimator Michelle was so nice!! They are taking care of some other stuff so it was really nice! They washed my car and Vince took me home:) very nice people and great customer service! Highly recommend!

  I came here for a minor bumper repair. You’ll notice that everyone is very welcoming and kind. They have a full self service coffee bar and soft drink fridge. Wesley, one of the workers, took his time to give me a free estimate, upon which he professionally informed me that in order to fix the small bumper scrape properly I had to paint the entire bumper. This was not an option for me but instead of saying good day, Wesley offered to have my scrapes polished and touched up at no charge at all in order to see how it looked. It’s not a permanent fix but it was just what i needed for an upcoming car show. Wesley and his coworkers treated me with respect and were insanely kind in helping me. Would recommend to anyone this place.

  my car was side swiped in a parking lot (hit and run)
  Shiro's did an excellent job made it look brand new. not only did they take care of the damage but also washed and buffed the entire car. It looks like nothing happened.
  Professional and friendly. Excellent customer service
  I hope to never have to but will definitely use them again if the need arises

  Always attentive, staff are friendly, efficient and concerned about your likes not theirs. They're open to criticism and will not let you leave unhappy. Michelle is awesome and knows what she is about repairs and the correct way to have the work done. They are not a shotty body shope..quality work.

  Where do I start?!! I'm holding back tears as I write this, as I am so moved by the kindness I have been shown by the very special souls at Schiro's Collision in North Hollywood.
  
  My mother is very ill and I have been out of state taking care of her back home across the country. I came back for less than 48 hours for a job and of course had a minor fender bender. I called Schiro's and they just took the keys, my info, told me not the worry and just to concentrate on my mom.
  
  I flew back to the East coast at 5am the next day and that was 3 weeks ago. Today my good as new car was delivered to a friend's home (as I am still taking care of my mom and not sure when I'm going to be back).
  
  The fact that I was treated which such kindness, ALL of the people I spoke to at Schiro's asked about my mom's health and that their goal was to make this go as smoothly as possible with impeccable professionalism and compassion, will forever make me a Schiro's super fan. Not just for the great work that they do, but for the big hearts that they have. I don't know how I could've managed this situation without them.
  
  If you're in the market for collision repairs, I urge you to choose Schiro's. You will be so very glad you did. They are a blessing and I will forever be grateful.
