I will say the bad things first and the good things last.
Arsen does not cater to making his patients feel at home or feel happy while visiting the dentist, he is straight forward and tells you if you need to get something done and tells you if something is wrong. Some doctors may make things feel less than they actually are, but Arsen takes everything very seriously.
But, he also does work very quickly and he knows a lot of overlap problems, which I did not have with my past dentist. Overlap problems are things that cause problems when done together (like if you try to have a cleaning with a cavity, it will hurt and so he does a light cleaning or if you have a wisdom tooth removed, but your gums aren't fully healthy, you might develop infection, so he waits until later). I don't really expect my dentist to be my psychologist and coddle me, I expect them to be straight forward, and maybe give me an analysis of how much pain I am going to be in, and what I need to get done. There is almost nothing you can ask Arsen when it is related to your mouth, throat, nerves or teeth that he cannot answer immediately; even obscure things like tonsil pain caused by teeth vs. gums. I recommend him to people who are scared of visiting the dentist because of how little pain I have felt in general in his office, but BE SURE TO TAKE THE DRUGS HE TELLS YOU TO. I thought tooth removal would not be painful after anesthesia passed and I did not take his advice and that was a very stupid decision
