My wife and I bought our first home with a septic tank and were of course worried about what that might entail. His crew showed up on time, did the work quickly and flawlessly, and cleaned up as if they were never there.

Recently we had an emergency clog unrelated to the tank (but we were scared it did), and Giuliano even spent a Sunday evening on the phone with me helping me through it and I was able to resolve it with his help. As an intern, sometimes management doesn't really care about the skill set that you learn during the internship because they are so busy with actual work but not here. They really cared to show us the ropes and had me be a part of the work in the estimation process as well as the project management process. Great company to work for. Upper management really care about your professional growth and interest. A lot of opportunities for the intern to learn about construction business than big name company.
