I've used TurboTax for years because my tax situation had been easy enough to navigate, but in 2018 with a new job, a cross country move, and hefty medical expenses I knew that there had to be tax savings in there somewhere. I went through the TurboTax process just to see what my refund would be, but I got so confused about the tax breaks that were available to me in my situation. A colleague recommended Bruno Loffredo so I made an appointment. I was in and out in under an hour, and he was the absolute nicest, most patient man, as was his staff.
