Christian was efficient and thorough when cleaning my badly neglected carpets. Christian is very concerned with satisfying his customer! He and his assistant were pleasant and accommodating! I would use him again in a heartbeat.
Had a situation where I needed to get my carpets cleaned pretty immediately. They were able to come out the next day. The carpet is trashed but they made it feel pretty soft and got all the cat smell out. Didn't try to sell me on any additional services, and were generally just very positive.
