I am so happy to have found Love Your Body! I had been looking for a good mat Pilates class since I moved from the east coast in 2019, and I finally found it! Octavia is an excellent instructor—always very encouraging and she tailors the workouts to the people that attend. If anyone has an injury or a sensitive joint, she gives you different options for the moves and checks in with you throughout. I always get a great workout and have lots of fun, which is rare. I go here every week now!
Octavia is an amazing instructor and very welcoming! Great energy and attentive to every student throughout the session. The workouts are always challenging and enjoyable. Absolutely love taking mat Pilates here!
