(July 7, 2021, 5:04 pm)Spacious interior, beautifully designed building, plenty of seating, covered patio seating area facing south...might be difficult to access from northbound/ southbound Balboa due to Edison construction project (July 7th- ?) 2 "non/gender" restrooms Very clean!++ ( Not generous with extra ice cups for tea..."grande only...sorry." --- Maybe Starbucks could chill the ice pitchers in summer? 🙄
