Joe was a great servicemen. They came on time (JMS neighborhood), gave an understandable description of the water heater issue and answered all questions (many of them) with thorough explanations. The water heater was replaced in less than 2 hours by Jose who was very careful in removing the old and installing the new. He also cleaned-up nicely. Additional questions were answered later in the day very quickly and honestly. Learned a lot from Joe. I give them 5 stars for excellent work and knowledge-sharing.
