(December 7, 2018, 12:00 pm)Just read the previous review. Ouch! My experience on the other hand has been great. My parents are elderly and I recently started to help manage their account. Teller who helped me was one of the nicest young men I’ve ever come across. He helped us figure out the online system that one of my brothers had half started and not completed, answered all our questions, and treated us like we had a million dollars at their bank, instead of the small monthly social security checks coming in. So impressed that I’m going to move one of my savings to BoH from Chase.
