I would like to acknowledge Jim and his associate, Frank,, in the plumbing department. He saved me a ton of money, and he helped me out in finding what I needed and setting up an installation. I didn’t know. Lowes did all that, my husband took care of all that when he was alive. So I was going to pay somebody over $300 to install a garbage disposal that I was buying at Lowe’s. Jim told me that they do installations and it only cost me $131 for the install. I was down there yesterday evening and they’re going to be installing it tomorrow early afternoon. Jim saved me a ton of money, and both Jim and Frank explained all the different things at Lowe’s has to offer. They were both so very professional and knowledgeable, Thank you Lowe’s and your employees

I bought about 70% of the materials needed to build my guest house from here these past couple years. My wife and I have never built a thing in our lives, and couldn’t even tell you how to fix a wobbly table, so we were pretty nervous to take on building an entire house ourselves. However, we really wanted to learn the skills to be more independent, and looked forward to the bonding experience. Now I will credit YouTube for a lot of the education we received along the way, but we honestly couldn’t have done it without the help from Lowe’s. Everyone there was always so nice, and more than willing to spend the time to help us/educate us, and we asked A LOT of questions! I’m not going to say I didn’t feel kinda silly being a grown man, and having to ask another human how a nail gun works, because I spent the first day thinking I was a pro, after watching a few of those videos I mentioned early, that I’m now pretty sure we’re filmed in the 70s, because they made the idea of just using a hammer seem really easy, (it’s not, and I’m pretty sure my right arm is permanently bigger than my left now) but not once did anyone make me feel uncomfortable. So yea, thanks y’all! (PS. The photo is the house we built. Still needs some work, but we’re pretty proud of it! :)

Clean location, plenty of parking area. Customer service is pretty good. They do funnel every single customer through their self-checkout stations but they work pretty efficiently. Store is well stocked and stuff is fairly easy to find with some exceptions if you are used to how other stores are organized. This one is a little off on how they decided to arrange product.

This store is very clean and extremely well kept. Management sure takes care of making sure their employees are trained properly.

The staff is very caring and they go above and beyond with their customer care. While I was in the paint department, looking for a tool- the staff member came over and offered his assistance without hesitation!

I was pleased with the way everything is labeled and spaced out - makes it so much easier to find things. With their wide variety of all your home’s needs- at great affordable prices, I’ll definitely recommend everyone to check them out.

I didn’t do any cost comparison while inside this store, but I do always check prices for the items- prior to any shopping trips. Lowe’s had some great deals!!

Our water heater broke and we had to switch it out. Paloma and Consuelo at customer service were absolutely amazing! They were extremely professional and did everything they could to ensure that they honored our warranty and provided us with a comparable water heater! Donny in plumbing was also very knowledgeable and willing to support us in the process. Great customer service! 👌🏼

God bless the people who work there, especially James. The leg brace that he custom made for me changed the quality of my life 100% and my leg doesn't hurt anymore! I'm beyond happy and so grateful for the excellent service and the great quality of the leg brace. Thank you so much Active Life staff.
