(December 24, 2018, 10:21 pm)This is a local trail that I visit regularly and frequently. The trailhead is just off Sunset Blvd and the Pacific ocean. The trailhead offers ample parking though sometimes it get can crowded when the weather is nice. The trailhead leads to a one mile trail with gradual ascend that takes hikers to an overlook that offers an expansive view of the ocean, to downtown LA and all the way to the remote Santa Monica mountains and mountains to the southeast, provided good weather and visibility.

(December 20, 2018, 5:59 pm)Nice hike up to Parker Mesa Overlook. The trail is mostly a fire road so it isn't overly challenging. The overlook has a couple of benches overlooking the city. Great views.

(October 21, 2018, 11:48 pm)A great trail that I have frequently hiked. Clean and large bathrooms. The fancy stone drinking fountains always work. You do have to be careful of the frequent car break ins which is why I didn’t give 5 stars.

(August 24, 2018, 12:47 am)Loved this trail! It has many different paths that take you through the canyon. The overlook of Malibu and Santa Monica is absolutely breathtaking.
