  The staff is very helpful, I am a senior citizen so whenever I need help there great staff is always willing and able to help me, taking a battery out, charging my AC unit and always show me high dollar brand and gives me an alternative with a less priced product. Thanks to all the staff of this Auto zone.

  Took car to get checked because it didn't start. No lights, no clicking NOTHING, battery is good it's the alternate

  Mirror on the Harley I was riding broke off so I had to put bandaid on it to get it home the guys at AutoZone were super helpful and they let me borrow some tools to do the job and get me back on the road.

  Its huge with tons of seating. A great location as long as you only need drivers license assistance.
  **UPDATE** They have moved this DMV office to Pacoima and it is a nice location with a ton of parking. It is definitely more busy than the last location.
  I would like to add that cell phone coverage is very poor inside the building. They do not offer wifi either. They ask for your cell number so they can text you when your number is coming up so you can wait in your car instead. Even though we had only 2 bars on our phone, she did get the text when it was 4 or 5 numbers away from us. If you wait outside and get that text, you need to rush back asap because they will call you 5-10 minutes later.
  
  Overall we were in and out pretty quick, about 90 minutes without an appointment. What helped us was filling out the form online and having all my paperwork ready when we got to the window.

  Very thankful for the DMV Kiosk. It was SUPER easy to use. All you have to do is follow the directions on the touchscreen and before you realize it....YOUR DONE! All you need is your dmv registration paper you received in the mail and your debit or credit card. I would recommend the kiosk to anyone!

  In and out in just over 1 hour for a license renewal with an address change. They announced about 40 numbers in that hour. I would have spent less time inside if I had filled out the electronic application in advance.
  
  It is the largest DMV that I have seen in LA, but it only processes IDs (so no vehicle paperwork). All of the staff were nice.

  This office has it going. Arrived a little before it opened on a Saturday morning to find a fairly long line. My customer service number was 46, in less than an hour I was walking out the door, hassle free.
  
  This office has a huge parking lot and lots of seating. Everyone working within the office are helpful and polite. Unlike when I have had to go to other DMV offices I saw no one standing around chatting.
  
  This is not the closest office to me nor all that convenient but this is the office I will always chose for renewing my drivers license.
  
  This office ONLY handles drivers license and/or ID.

  If you're only getting a California ID or Drivers License this is the definite place to go. Without anyone doing registration or other car related business everything moves super fast and even when it's full you should be out in under an hour (sometimes well under that).
  
  5/5 DMV without the headache.

The Santa Rosa field office is closed for renovations until April 1 at 9 a.m. A temporary office at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds runs through March 27. Customers may also visit nearby offices in Petaluma, Novato, Napa and Corte Madera for DMV services.
