  I came by the store for a couple of Loving Memory pieces I needed to get done. Johnny was very helpful in picking me out a design for font as well as sizing of the embroidery I needed. Since I needed a dozen shirts as well they hooked us up for a deal I couldn’t walk away from. The entire process was smooth and we was alerted what was going on the whole time. Now me and my buddies got really cool Loving Memory shirts with a little design made specially here all thanks to the hard work of John. Def coming back for more work.
  
  Before leaving the store my 3 yo was looking at some toys they have there and we happened to find a few for him as well. Lol a little something for everybody I guess. Thanks guys !!!

  I normally do extensive research on the kind of company that I want to be affiliated with so that I can achieve my brand goals. Borders Custom Embroidery is one of the top 3 companies on which I set my eyes on and I was not wrong in my judgment as the values of this company are very much in line with the values that I have set for myself. This company is truly great because it offers small entrepreneurs a chance for progress and grow.

  Best Embroidery shop! I’ve gone through a few shops and this shop is the best! nothing can compare, from customer service to pricing. Jonathan is very passionate at what he loves to do! He is an honest and talented individual! he can do whatever design or request you have in mind! hands down ! Give this shop a try and I promise you, you’ll be a returning customer!

  Love the quality of work they do. You can tell they take every stitch seriously. Lovely people as well! Would recommend checking them out, worth the trip. They are also quick. Get it done on time.

  Finally found what I’ve been looking for! Borders Custom Embroidery has got to be one of the best places out there. They greet you with a smile and you end up leaving with one. Superb customer service. They have got to need more customers with how low their prices are. The other places I’ve looked have double the price, sometimes even more! The moment you open your items, you can immediately tell they take their time to assure quality. I like that.
  I offered to expedite my items for a price since I needed it by a certain time, but they refused and told me it was going to take that long anyway. They work hard!!! What great service they provide. They’re like McDonald’s, I’m loving it!
  
  The shop itself is very unique, it’s like a museum, very interesting.
