I had hired for an Elsa from Frozen, the Elsa to showed up to my granddaughter's party had tattoos on her chest, the dress was torn, dirty and what I ordered was a princess on their page and this one had a costume head and it had no nose, purple lips and was dirty. rip off! she ended not performing as she could not see through the costume and kept bumping into tables and kids!
