  The staff at Playa Place are the most warm welcomers you could ask for from a Postal place. As I walked in I was greeted by two energetic ladies, who helped me get an envelope for a document that I needed to mail out. While I waited we talked about going to Dodgers games and the best part they gave me a fancy envelope and sent my mail free of charge. Based on my experience, I can tell you Playa Place will take good care of your postal needs and you will be happy to have stopped in

  Incredibly helpful and kind staff, always looking out for their clients and testing to make getting and sorting through your mail as painless a process as possible. Small business vibe, feels much better than using one of their large corporate competitors. Highly recommend anyone looking for a mail box service or shipping service to use Playa Place.

  Okay so I just got off the phone with this wonderful and incredibly helpful woman, Jackie, and while I found and use this place via anytime mailbox (which is a different rating and review, please check out any reviews before you take this as a review for them because like I just said, it is not, this is strictly for Jackie and for playa place!) so I was having a problem with my anytime mailbox, and Jackie was not only a upbeat and joy to talk with on the phone, even with the issue at hand. She is a stellar active listener and I feel confident that my issue is on its way to being resolved. She definitely did all she could in her position.
  Being one whose worked in customer service for a better of not most part of my entire working career, it’s unfortunate that I don’t see or experience the same level of customer care that I am proud to provide my clientele.
  Jackie was a breath of fresh air as she showed me the wonderful equivalent of my own customer service style with her attentiveness and assurance.
  She definitely deserves a raise and paid vacation and a freaking company car!!! as she handled this issue with no doubt top notch service. Thank you so much Jackie! I really appreciate the peace of mind you have provided for me today! Thank you a billion!

  I just discovered this neighborhood gem! I visited for the first time to find a box to ship a rental book back and Isaac was so pleasant and helpful. He keeps discarded boxes just for customers like me so there was no charge, and helped me quickly tape it up and get it labeled, ready for UPS pick up. A quick effort on his part that made my day so much easier! This little shop offers so much in addition to great customer service: private mailbox rentals, shipping, scanning and shredding. Also, street parking is easy. I will be using their services often and I hope you will too.

  The new owner Isaac is hands on, professional, and always goes the extra mile for customers. Recently I had a large computer packed up & ready to go with a pre-paid USPS label but the post office refused to take it – Isaac personally dropped it off at a USPS distribution center for me on his way to the store. I highly recommend Playa Place for anyone with mailbox rental/shipping needs!
