I Just moved in and i work at a dealership shop so my hours have been crazy but Mrs Stephanie has made my move-in so smooth. She always responds quick and has been able to answer any questions that I’ve had throughout the process. I 10/10 recommend living here! Thank you Mrs Stephanie for all your hard work you are truly great at what you do!

Stephanie, has been very pleasant to work with when it came to answering questions about the apartment before and after moving in. She made the process extremely easy. I’m happy with my unit. The grounds are kept nice! Quiet neighborhood! I recommend if you need a spacious apt.

I have been a resident of Thalia Gardens for 5 months. The experience so far has been pleasurable with the exception of one small issue in which management is working to rectify. My experience with the rental office staff and maintenance staff have been professional and delightful. Kudos to maintenance staff Wendy, Sullivan, Dwayne and Jay for being diligent and responsive whenever their assistance is needed.

This is my first apartment and I couldn’t be happier! Stephanie has truly made this the easiest process ever. Every question I had about any step she had the answer right away and made sure I felt comfortable along the way. The day of the lease signing she explained that I could do a walk through BEFORE signing any papers, to make sure it was up to my standards, and informed my of a couple things they were going to fix before my move in date. This is the upfront honesty I love. I couldn’t be happier with this place!!!

The best Mexican food place for miles. I come here every time I go to the beach. And it’s cheap.

I play volleyball nearby Playa Del ray Beach and I pick up a fish burrito on my way out many times. The quality is excellent, the staff is really friendly and they have some good homemade drinks as well. Go for it.

As our friend prepares to move up north, we decided to get together one last time to hit up our favorite spot... Señor G's in Playa Del Rey. They always serve great food and the staff are nice and friendly. Certainly a hole in the wall type place if 6ou haven't heard of it. But definitely a spot will co time to come back to in 2021.

This place is by far the best place I have ever been to for smoothies. I've been coming here for years and never once did they dissapoint in that sector. Any smoothie you get will be a kick of natural fruits and rich creamy yogurt. They officially ruined my taste buds as I can't seem to enjoy other smoothies anymore. Def somewhere to go get a good drink one a warm day before or after hiting the beach!
