(October 8, 2018, 11:14 pm)I used Jetpets to relocate my cat from New York to Brisbane, Australia. They were excellent from the start. Good communication, and double checked all the paperwork as I sent it through so that we would have no problems with the USDA or Australian quarantine.
As he had to have a 2 day stopover in LAX to get final clearance, I was worried about how he would cope, but when I called to check on him, the staff at Jetpets were really lovely, and even sent me photos of him in his crate so I could see he was fine. He arrived in Australia and was picked up by the quarantine people with no problems and in good health. -

(September 2, 2018, 10:15 pm)Sandy at JetPets did an amazing job of helping me move my pets from Texas to LAX to New Zealand. If you're making the move to a country with incredibly strict import laws, these are the people to go with. They also cost significantly less than most of the other pet relocation companies that exist in Texas right now. Sandy was quick to respond to emails and phone calls and even caught what could have been a costly mistake on the import permit. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about the process and didn't hesitate to share that with me or my vet. Great service and company. Thanks!

(July 13, 2018, 12:51 am)Jetpets (Sandy) were amazing in getting our dog from Mexico to Melbourne. After a long process they were awesome from start to finish.
Would definitely use Jetpets again and strongly recommend this company.
