  Mariposa has been fantastic. Loved living here. Great location, clean, and Rafael and his entire maintenance team are amazing! Any service request done through the portal was on time and done well. Leasing agents are super helpful and responsive unlike most apartment communities. Didn’t want to leave but had to leave the LA area. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the market for an apartment on the west side.

  I recently had an issue with the fire alarms chirping and getting increasing louder by the minute during night time hours. Rudy (maintenance) was assigned the" On call" status. I was in touch with Rudy who walked me through the issue and in person solved my problem. He was very patient with me in a panic and professional. I rarely meet people with good work ethics, Integrity, and values. He is a valuable asset to Mariposa at Playa.

  I was a tenant for 6 years so know this complex well. The office staff are extremely supportive and helpful to any and all needs which makes a world of difference in apartment living. The maintenance and grounds team are also very diligent and prompt.
  
  The apartments are spacious and very well insulated. I never heard my neighbors through the wall just in shared corridors.
  
  From a cost perspective it's not affordable to everyone and you will likely get rate increases annually, but that comes with the territory in this coveted area of Los Angeles. Very accessible to freeways and LAX.
  
  I very much enjoyed my time living at Mariposa.

  I've had the best experience moving in to Mariposa! Kenya & Emily in the Leasing Office are beyond helpful, friendly, and intelligent. It's so refreshing after my previous management company experience.
  
  The team really does care whether you have a good day and will do anything in their power to make your experience a great one. The complex is quiet, but has a healthy buzz, composed of really genuine, dog-loving residents.
  
  The events and dog park are great ways to meet people and I'm obsessed with the fact that I'm minutes from Playa Vista & the ocean. Move in today!!!
