  Jose was the best Realtor we ever dealt with. He is very professional, knowledgeable and a very straightforward guy. He gave us good advise and suggestions to make the whole process of selling our property smooth and fast and thankfully it was sold in less than a month. He also treats his client with respect.   Jose assisted me in renting out my property in Porter Ranch, and was able to find the "right" tenants for the house in less than a month. This was despite it was priced in the higher end of the comps. While we had multiple applicants, he was never pushy for me to select the first and the best, but instead gave his honest input why I should or shouldn't go with certain applicants. He certainly performs his due diligence on applicants. Besides he was always fast responsive on questions, comments and concerns, and never let you hang for a longer period of time not knowing about the next steps. I will for sure use Jose as a broker for my next rental unit.

  We've been working with Jose for quite a while looking for investment properties. His patience and professional attitude have been outstanding while we looked through what seems like hundreds of properties. Our search requirements were from the San Fernando Valley all the way south to Long Beach. Jose had no issues with driving down to Long Beach on multiple occasions to help us with our purchase. During this process our requirements and time frame changed when we were faced with a time deadline due to a 1031 exchange transaction. Jose took on this challenge and really helped us look at a wider range of properties. His ability to refine the number of properties to look at while keeping in mind the potential for return on investment was extremely helpful. I would recommend Jose to any one looking to purchase or sell a property in the Los Angeles area.

  Jose Contreras did an excellent job, he understood what my situation was and the timing. He was able to show me properties that will work for me in my complicated real estate transaction. We were able to close the deal in a very expeditious manner and we ran into very few hurdles along the way and it turn out to be a very easy transaction. I will recommend Jose to anyone in the Porter Ranch areas as he seems to know the area exceptionally well, it makes it very easy for him to stay on top of the real estate transaction. He was also able to provide me homes that were not even on the market, which allow me to jump on them without any competition. He helped me buy 3 properties and rented them all out.
