  They were helpful and got rid of a rattlesnake in my backyard quickly and without hurting the animal

  Great crew and fast on responding. They have came to our house at least three times. Once because my mom had slipped on the marble flooring dislocating her shoulder. They helped place my mom in the ambulance. THe other time, I cant remember. The last time they were here is when my dad had passed away. They helped comfort me especially and they do more than they should. Thanks Porter Ranch Fire Station.
