Didn't leave until they got the water heater fixed because it went into lock-out and honored the 30 days because , oh yes I kid you not, it locked out again 28 days later! Called on 29th and they came in a few hours, and again... didn't leave until it was fixed! At no charge for the 2nd visit of course!

My previous plumber dropped the ball on me and i was hesitant to use my old plumber for these new projects. I asked around for a good plumber (plumbing company), and a good friends of mine recommended Armen at JO Plumbing. I gave JO Plumbing a chance on one of the projects and he completely came through. JO Plumbing is now part of my A team subcontractors for all my projects.
Highly recommended!!!
Pros: Professional, fair pricing, team player.
Cons: None so far. Hope to keep it that way.
