(October 30, 2015, 9:13 pm)I have been working out there 5 days a week for the last 2 weeks. I have lost 18 lbs, no doubt my juice fast diet has played a part. The instructors there are amazing. I have never lifted weight in my life and they have been so inspiring, fun and have done everything to help me accomplish my goals. I feel like I am learning everyday.
Everyone at the gym is so friendly and I felt welcome from the first day. -

(August 7, 2014, 2:52 pm)Worldport is a bad ass gym, the trainers here do a great job and lead by example. They have rings, all the free weights you need and it was easy to get to.
