(December 19, 2018, 12:40 pm)I visited hospital today and as usual it's so clean and I am treated great ,especially the security officer Jose Caurvo I had been up all night ,went to work then had to take my boss to emergency, feeling beet ,asked officer if there was a cafeteria to get coffee, and Mr Jose Caurvo offer to bring me coffee ,wow .its people like him that make me still believe there are good people in this world, thank you mr jose .you made my day
(August 1, 2018, 1:20 pm)We were considered a "two-fer" my son was injured and so, was I. From the moment we walked in all the way to discharge it was a wonderful experience. The wait was not long in ER. I can't recall a time when my wait at this ER was long which is why I make the drive to Providence of San Pedro. It's like a well oiled machine the operations of it all runs smoothly. We were seen by the nurse practitioner, then the ER doctor ( but I had no idea he was the doctor because he was so casual and humble) then Matthew. I remember Matthew. We had a fun time like we were chatting it up with buddies at home. Everyone was so sweet, and rapid in their efforts to let us move forward in life.
(March 17, 2018, 2:56 am)The hospital is clean, and the people working there are very nice and helpful. Whenever I visit a loved one in ICU and get lost, someone always walks me to where I need to be; even when it is on the other side of the hospital.
To be honest everyone including clergy has been amazing. I’m thankful to God for this little hospital.
(February 22, 2018, 9:43 pm)I went in today for decreased fetal movement. From the registry to upstairs labor and delivery... the staff and nurses were great! I’m from Texas and so glad everyone made me feel right at home. The wait time was no more than 10 minutes!
