    It kills me to admit that those were my carpets in the before pic but they were . My dog had gotten sick the night before on top of just being long over due for a cleaning.

    Richard came and looked at my carpets and gave me a VERY reasonable price. Then he was back the next night when I was off work which I really appreciated. He managed to make the carpets look and feel like this mess never happened.
