I was hopeful to receive help tonight from someone/anyone from this Fire Station. I certainly wasn’t going to be upset if the answer was a No! I know that getting Locked out of your car right before Class isn't necessarily an Emergency! Anyway, long story short. I received help from Nick and his Captain whom I did not get the name of but once again I just wanted to say thank you guys very much for your Time and Assistance!
Got friendly, competent and prompt response to a question I had about 911 calls (we'd been pranked). Thank You LAFD.
