  Rosie is a phenomenal stylist! i walked in with over grown blue/brown hair and walked out with the soft pink of my dreams. Rosie talked me through every step of the process so I understood exactly what she was doing and why. she look the time and care to make sure my hair looked perfect from all angles. Rosie is a sweetheart and I can't wait to come back.

  I went to Supercuts, cuz I mostly needed a simple trim and I wanted to add a little bit of taper to frame my face. I didn't need a fancy salon for that. The Supercuts wouldn't let me use their bathroom. They claim that it was out of order and that they had been using the one at the gas station. The gas station told me flat out that their bathroom is not for public use. So I'm not entirely sure that the employees were telling the truth. Perhaps Supercuts bathrooms are off-limits to even customers. But even if the employees are telling me the truth and the bathroom is broken....fix it. So I went to get back in my car because I needed to go to the bathroom before I could deal with my haircut. And I saw Metro hair studio. It got good reviews on Google and like I said what I wanted was pretty simple so I decided to give it a try. They had a working bathroom that I was allowed to use so 1 Star right there. The stylist had broken English and I was a little bit worried about that in terms of getting the face framing effect that I wanted but he asked lots of questions and he showed me with his hands what he would cut and how much and where and asked me if that was right and made sure we were on the same page even with the language barrier. My haircut is exactly what I wanted!

  It was my first time - trying to look for something affordable instead of Supercuts. Rosie cut my hair and it’s fabulous. She listened to me and really made my hair feel the best it’s felt in a long time. I will definitely keep coming here.
