(December 11, 2018, 9:59 pm)I like coming to this gym because it is walking distance from my home. The staff is always very nice and friendly. It’s a nice size gym with pretty much all equipment you need for a decent workout. I will add that most of the weight machines are from the 90s which give me nostalgic memories of watching infomercials that would come on after the 10pm news. But honestly if you want a “body by jake” check out a bigger, more updated LA fitness. This one still needs to a little upgrading.

(August 7, 2018, 1:28 pm)I had a personal training session with Daniel yesterday. He was bomb I'm so sore! He was very thorough and helped me walk through my goals. If you feel like you are stuck in your workout routine go to him! Super sweet and super helpful. Also, shout out to Noah for helping me get my keys out of the stairmaster a month or so ago! He was so sweet too! Great cozy little gym.
