(June 10, 2022, 6:51 pm)Amazing functional training workout!! Everything that you're looking for in a workout - high intensity, great coach and fun atmosphere. The workout itself was intense and included weights (barbell, dumbbells, jump ropes) but you also had the ability to scale down depending on your fitness level. The coach and other members create a fun but challenging atmosphere. Highly recommended if you're looking for a fun, intense and sweaty workout
