(November 26, 2018, 11:02 pm)I have been working with Jeff for nearly 6 years. I started out as a couch potato with no cardio ability at all at 160 lbs. I went as low as 120 and now run 5ks regularly and usually place first or second in my age. I am 60! Jeff is extremely knowledgeable about muscles, bones, tendons,etc and personalized all my training based on my specific issues. He is especially talented dealing with the joys of getting older. Recommend him absolutely!
