  This shop is very professional. I asked for a logo that included some unusual font. The team has traced the font methodically and created a beautiful logo, then embroidered in on two outfits. Definitely a keeper!

  I'm so thankful for Mr. Stitch! Susan's calming spirit and infectious smile was the beginning of my excellent customer service experience! They were one of the few places who didn't force you to buy their items (I custom designed these items, so that was most important) and no minimum purchasing threshold.
  
  I had a one on one consultation where Susan answered all of my questions, reassured me (via samples) that they could embroider any type of material and attentively listened to my vision so that she could make suggestions to bring the vision to life!
  
  They delivered with a quick turnaround and accommodated my rush request. I am soooo happy! They even embroidered the very small details of my logo! I'm impressed and beyond happy!

  This was my second order with Mr. Stitch and once again, they provided everything a customer wants - excellent customer service, friendly and welcoming experience and outstanding quality. There is no reason to ever go elsewhere. I highly recommend them!

  Susan and the team at Mr. Stitch are lifesavers. Came to them with a VERY last-minute project on a Friday afternoon and they were able to accommodate me and have my item finished IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. They were so kind and responsive and their work is great. I'll definitely use them again next time I have an embroidery project.
  
  TIP: There are a couple of parking spots in the back if you can't find street parking on Ventura.

  Absolutely quick, easy, wonderful customer experience. Susan and Dean were super nice, easy to work with, and got the job done earlier than expected. Everything turned out great!
