(January 31, 2018, 6:57 pm)Sold defective hearing aids and returned several times where they attempted to "fix" them, with no positive results. The batteries went dead within 24 hrs, aids would howl whenever a my hand moved around the ear. Yesterday, after 6 months of payments, I brought them in with both hearing aids not operating but the batteries were fully charged. They finally admitted to me that the microphones were defective. Original audiologist apparently was a substitute while permanent audiologist is quite capable and seems to know what she is doing
12-20-2017 Company has agreed to take back defective units and have given me an upgraded set and two weeks to try them out. So far so good. If I agree that they will work for me and keep them, they will make a straight swap and credit all my payments so far towards the purchase the new equipment. Feel good about the company's responce to my problem. -
