(November 27, 2018, 6:33 pm)Called ahead to make sure they were open during the holiday weekend (never know!). They were, answered the phone immediately and said to come on in. Walked in to the nostalgic smell of shoe polish from when I was a kid. Had to get a few keys copied and was helped right away with suggestions for different colors to help distinguish and all that. Took all of five minutes and it was additionally so wonderful to see the other guys working intently on the shoe repairs. In all easily half the price of the other big box hardware joints and such a pleasant experience. Definitely coming back for other repairs and the like in the future.
