Zen Casa

Truly a unique experience. When I was going through a separation, Francisco and I met for several spiritual counseling sessions. He helped guided me through a difficult transition in my life. If you are in need of grounding, working through a challenge, or looking to explore more of yourself, Zen Casa is a place to explore.

Zen Casa is truly a beautiful business committed to helping you find peace, balance and alignment in your life. I’m fortunate to have a company that Francisco teaches corporate yoga sessions for and while I couldn’t always make them, I always found them to be beneficial. So much so that I looked to Francisco for some spiritual guidance after months of feeling burnt out from work, COVID, tough political climates and an extensive fitness schedule. Over a week of a curriculum he tailored to me, he worked with me explore some deep spiritual questions and was validate my past experiences of feeling uncomfortable with religious concepts while challenging me to find other pieces of the divine that resonate with me.
It’s hard to encapsulate here the work we did, but it made a world of difference and I highly recommend Francisco and Zen Casa for any of their services, be it yoga or something more.
